Let's Set Realistic Goals for 2020 | Crew Mama -Is it just us or has January been the longest month ever? Crew Mama is so ready for February to start! As humans, we are constantly trying to better our lives and for some reason when January 1st hits, suddenly you are feeling society yelling at you to set goals! Starting a New Year comes with so much pressure to create a million goals, most being extremely ambitious and just truly never going to happen in one year. So, we have decided to change the stigma and make reachable goals.
We made a couple of goals for 2020, but we mainly want to focus on monthly goals. We are trying to hold ourselves accountable to not just focus on our goals for one week and then toss them straight out the door! Will we gain a new client every day this year? That is a definite no. Will we work towards reaching new clients every week? Yes, we sure will!
What goals did you make in January? Did you go to the gym every day for a week and now are sitting on the couch eating a whole bag of popcorn? Us too. Let’s set these monthly goals together! Here are a couple of goals for us to reach each month:
Crew Mama is always looking to work with new clients, but we have to put in a lot of time and effort to show we are a company people want to use! Our Marketing department has set monthly goals to achieve reaching new clients.
We want to make sure that the people we book are exceptionally talented in their field. For example, when we are hired to find a makeup artist for Fox News, we want to use the most qualified person in that area!
The third one is honestly the most important one for us! Crew Mama strives to create a fantastic work atmosphere and wants everyone to raise each other up. We will all work better together if we are on the same page and trying to reach the same goals. We hope that these goals encourage you to make simple, yet reachable goals each month!
